She has an amazing heart and is so nurturing, but also make sure that kids are learning good values. Ms. Chelle was previously a Kindergarten teacher and a camp director and I have seen her work with so many children and their parents. Everyone loves her because of her sweet and caring nature. Occasionally one finds a person whom is not only one of those naturally gifted caregivers and teachers of young children (think favorite elementary teacher growing up) but someone who you wholeheartedly trust to care for your own child without hesitation. Richelle is that person. She has cared for my sons at various times over the last few years and I am always astounded with how engaging she is with them and the activities she comes up with for the kiddos in her care. I am thrilled that she is embarking upon establishing a preschool because she is so talented with early education and truly has that ability to impact young lives in a spectacular way.

She was able to tap into my child’s ability and bring out his best. Plus she always does fun activities or playtime. My son loved her and being around her children. Not only does she have her teaching credential, she also has training in Positive Discipline, Zones of Regulations and Leader in Me! She empowers children to be self motivated and self regulated! She helps children to empathize and problem solve in a very positive way! She was an amazing Kindergarten teacher and the admin, staff and parents would all have positive feedback! If my own children were young and I lived in Alaska, Ms. Chelle's Little School House would be the place I would choose!
